About the meeting with Ş.Kutluer

On 19 August 2024, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary  of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Türkiye Viktor Rybak met with the world-famous Turkish flute virtuoso Şefika Kutluer.

During the meeting, the interlocutors discussed bilateral projects in the field of art.
